Each location ran its own disconnected tools for staff, inventory and reporting, making it impossible for head office to get a consolidated view or enforce consistent processes.
Our solution
We built a multi-tenant Rails platform giving each location its own scoped workspace while giving head office role-based, consolidated reporting and the ability to roll out process changes centrally.
