A real-time fleet tracking and analytics dashboard built on the MERN stack for a regional logistics provider.

Dispatchers lacked real-time visibility into vehicle location and delivery status, relying on driver phone calls for updates.
Our solution
We built a React dashboard backed by a Node.js/Express API, ingesting GPS telemetry over WebSockets and visualising routes, delays and delivery ETAs in real time.
